IOG Determination re Vector Complaint against Telecom Wholesale

The IOG today released its Determination on a complaint by Vector that Telecom Wholesale breached the Undertakings with its HSNS term and volume discount pricing.  The IOG did not uphold the complaint.  The IOG notes that it has no further formal role in this matter.
