IOG Reasons for the Decision re Vodafone and Kordia Complaint against Telecom Wholesale

The IOG today released the Reasons for the Decision on complaints made by Vodafone and Kordia that Telecom Wholesale had breached the Undertakings with its Loyalty Discount Offers.  The Decision was released on 27 August 2009.

The IOG note that they have no further formal role in this matter.  The IOG expects the Commerce Commission to consider the IOG's decision before the Commission decides what, if any, further action is appropriate.
